Father’s Day

Father’s Day is just around the corner (June 15) and this week, I sold 5 pieces of my ‘DAD’ card via GCU. Overall, I managed to sell 11 since I put it up last year. There were 417 clicks but the rating and comment remains 0. Would you comment and rate my card? Do it only if you’re free, you can go here and then click on the bubble icon to comment and rate. Thank you much!

Anyway, Happy Father’s Day in advance to all fathers out there!

I’ll go there and vote.. good luck my friend! Btw, I am so excited to see you, you are the first commentator in my featured post today and manage to grab 5 points, you know that? That means, you will be on the list hall of fame next July!

Do drop by and be the first commentator again ok? *wink*

    Salam Emila,

Haven’t dropped by your blog for some time now until I noticed this post. I had a look at the GCU site and wanted to post a comment about your card there but seems like I have to register or something. If you don’t mind, I’ll post the comment here.

If you’re thinking of re-drawing your Father’s Day card, may I suggest some changes? Perhaps you can draw all the background fathers to be different or unique, say in terms of the clothing or facial features. This is to reflect the `million’ idea. For the one particular father, you could make him to stand out from the rest by drawing him in a special pose or stance, or showing him in bright colours. The stance I had in mind was a confident-looking pose with arms folded in front and wide smile on his face.

Hope this idea does not seem too imposing. You’ve got great talent there. Hope you succeed.
