Janice Ng from This is a Miracle tagged me on 10 random facts about my mother. My mother is such a great and special person and have sacrifices a lot in bringing up my siblings and me on her own.

  1. My mother has 4 children : 2 boys & 2 girls. I’m the second.
  2. My mother likes sports and keep herself updated with the latest local sporting events.
  3. My mother is crafty.
  4. My mother was a swimming champion amongst the army’s wives back in 1976 (Sg. Udang Camp, Melaka).
  5. My mother has a ‘greenhand’; her flowers are always blooming; even the lemongrass grows flower for her!
  6. My mother taught me how to draw the beach the first time when I was five.
  7. My mother is tall and slender all the time.
  8. My mother was a pastry-chef. Her lemon pie is the best!
  9. My mother loves my paintings! She hangs them all over her walls!
  10. My mother likes to wear white and her shoes and handbag are a matching cream.

    Emila, … you are forever so efficient… I took a long time to do my post but you are always super fast 🙂
    Your mum is really great to ‘create’ a talented gal. I think the beach she taught you could be your first venture into the art you so beautifully illustrated.

    Do you still keep the copy of the beach? 🙂

    I came to take a look at Emila’s Mummy again.
    Over the years… I think she still got the same look hor. Din change much. Yassin’s BIG ROUND eyes kinda resemble yours. Really cute boy 🙂
