    I am working on My Mother’s Garden book. Already drew 5 pages and left with 5 pages more, oh make that 6 plus the cover. Or maybe I can just choose the best illustration and make it as the cover. My publisher, Linda, wants me to finish this early so that we could bring it to 2010 Bologna Children’s Book Fair, Italy!!

    KL: A to Z on Fun Things To Do & Places To Visit With Kids {J}

    a to z {J}

    Jogging is a great activity that we parents can do with our children. Children will be more likely to be physically active if it’s something they can do with their family.

    Familiar jogging tracks in Kuala Lumpur that my husband and I often bring our son to are KLCC Park, Titiwangsa Lake and Lake Garden.

    KLCC Jogging/Running Track
    A 1.3 km. long jogging track is laid with EPDM, a special rubberized material for comfort and safety. Rest areas are provided along interconnecting footpaths.

    Titiwangsa Lake
    Stretches over a sprawling area of 46 hectares of land, this recreational park is equipped with a lot of facilities suitable for jogging, canoeing, aqua biking and other outdoor activities. Two of the most unique attractions of the parks is the Radio Control Car Racing Track and the Horse Riding Facility.

    Lake Garden
    The park is fully equipped with pedestrian walkways and jogging paths as well as exercise equipment to aid walkers and joggers in their quest to keep fit.

    Entrance is FREE for all 3 parks so come, jog on!

    p/s: Please note that jogging is an aerobic exercise that helps strengthen our heart, lungs, muscles, and bones. It is recommended that a beginner start with a walking program and move up to jogging.
