    Designer collection at Foldees.com

I have been wanting to post this news for quite sometimes already but I simply forgot. Some of my friends have noticed the Foldees’ widget on my sidebar already and congratulate me on the new addition of cards on Foldees.com. I posted an update on my personal facebook page a while ago but that was just about it. I totally forgot to blog about it. Until today. 😀

I have new cards on Foldees besides the ones that I entered for their competitions. And with the cards already in their online and retail shops, I suppose I can declare myself the first designer to submit my cards for their Designer’s Collection. Yes, Chak?

I would like to extend my gratitude to Chak, the CEO and founder of Foldees, for giving me the opportunity to grow with Foldees. Foldees cards now are in retail shops around Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.

You can buy my cards here: Emila’s Cards @ Foldees. Payment methods include Paypal, Credit Card, Mol Points, iPay88 and local banks transfer.

    One in a Million

Here’s my best selling card at GCU entitled Dad, you’re One in a Million. This card is suitable for Father’s Day as well as birthday.

Cards from GCU are based in the USA and you can pay via credit card or paypal. Shipping will be done from there and will reach you in two weeks time; if you’re in Malaysia. This is because I am licensing my artworks.

I’m planning to sell locally via online, will inform you soon as I get the shop up. But my cards’ size will all be standard at A6 size (close size)  and cannot be personalised like GCU.

    Father’s Day Cards

Yay! My blog is back in action! It has been up and down since Sunday due to a ‘lost performance’ problem at the server side. I hope the server stays good for a long long time.

Got this in my e-mail today. Two of my cards has been featured in Greeting Cards Universe (GCU) e-newsletter.

My card is the one lying in front of the books. Anyway here’s the larger version:

    for dad

It’s a generic one and can be used for any occasions with regards to Dad.

Another featured card is the very first one:

    Here’s the larger version:

    Joker girl

Another card I did last week for my greeting card store @ GCU. I was browsing through all the categories in there and boy, I sure have to illustrate more as GCU has 3660 card categories right now! Just imagine in the ‘Collection’s category alone, there are more than 50 categories and some even have sub sub categories! There are categories like Animal, Maps/Geopgraphy, Mystical & Myths, World & Ethnic, etc. In the ‘World & Ethnic’ itself, there are 5 categories such as African American, Blended Family, Native American Indian and Western/Cowboy Art.  The latter seem interesting, I think I wanna try and draw a girl riding a horse and for that I am browsing the Net looking for materials and that includes equine and horse supplies! I need to be a bit precise, right? Lol!

Now, I really need to draw more cards for my store so that I cover most of the major categories!

    Happy Birthday card

A happy birthday card for my greeting card store done few days ago. Been neglecting the store and I feel that I need to add more cards in there.

Wow, it has been 3 days already since I last blogged; been busy cleaning my messy house. There are assignments in the mailbox today; one particularly about industrial clamps. I am not really well read about clamps but I do know about tyre clamps which you have to pay at least RM100 to get it unlock! Yea, sometimes when we’re in hurry, we tend to disregard the ‘Tow Area’ sign.

Well, I gotta run; need to finish off assignments! Tata!
