    Salam and dear Kak Emila,

I’ve been following your blog for a few years now and it is delightful to see how much you’ve progressed since you started almost 10 years ago! Alhamdulillah…. I guess I was feeling a little nostalgic this morning and was hoping you could write an entry chronicling your journey from being a graphics designer to blogger and now a renowned children’s book author. It is always good for the spirit to be rejuvenated from stories of inspiration like yours would be.

Happy to hear from you again.

    Best wishes and wassalam,
    Nadiah

I like what this fest is trying to achieve:

enhance public awareness and consciousness of the necessity of making children understand the importance of reading, literature from various states and countries, authors and make reading a fun venture, not a chore.

It took mw such a long time to start reading a book and to love it, as i came from a background that doesnt encourage that..only when i move to uk that reading a book seems fun and the library that’s very close to the house made reading is something that i look forward to every week
