Poslaju sucks!

I am so frustrated. Even I had wrapped the mug with quite a thick bubble wrap (inside and outside) and filled the gap with newspaper, it didn’t survived the Pos Malaysia handling. Such a BAD handling. I am soooooooooooooo sad and mad. The writing on the box “handle with care” fell on deaf ears. I know I am bound by the Sender’s Risk term but I am going to write to Pos Malaysia soon.
I am so sorry Aja for the broken mug. Am refunding your money soon as possible.

sabar jelaaa….dorang ni tau buat kerja ke tak? atau buat² tak peduli sign “handle with care” tu? pos malaysia ni secara tak langsung memalukan kerajaan dan negara kita. 🙁

hoho..inilah sebabnya eh.. i had same experience kak.. i posted 2 mugs to my friend, but in return, both mug’s handler were broken. nah, terpaksa print balik secara percuma.
