    Watercolor lorikeet *

I feel like drawing today and this one was made earlier today; 30 minutes work.

    Rainbow Lorikeet | Watercolor

Rainbow lorikeets are well known for their brilliant colors, constant chattering and enormous appetites. Do you know that they spent 70% of their day feeding? Yes, that’s true and some lorikeets can feed on as many as 650 flowers each day. Rainbow lorikeets exhibit a long life; some have been known to live for twenty years and their agility and energy is often compared to that of a monkey!

    My watercolor moleskine: 46 pages!

    Patterned flamingo *

As usual, the big L is here today. I am procrastinating works so that I can play! Did a photo manipulation of the Lesser Flamingo that I captured during my recent visit to KL Birds Park.

I use rasterised ornament font and later put a linear burn blending mode to it. Here’s a close-up:

I think I wanna make postcards or prints out of it 😛
