    HDMI

It has become a routine for me to look-up in the internet for words I am not familiarized with. I came across the word HDMI splitter the other day and have the faintest idea what it was. And so I searched, basically HDMI means High-Definition Multimedia Interface. It is a compact audio/video connector interface for transmitting uncompressed digital streams. It represents a digital alternative to consumer analog standards such as Radio Frequency (RF) coaxial cable, composite video, S-Video, SCART, component video, D-Terminal, and VGA. HDMI connects digital audio/video sources such as set-top boxes, Blu-ray Disc players, personal computers, video game consoles, and AV receivers to compatible digital audio devices, computer monitors, and digital televisions. Cool, will verify with my husband later should we need to have one.

    Busy as a bee

I’m sorry that I have been missing from the blogosphere for 4 days! I was busy doing the t-shirt printings for my husband’s niece, Bella, and went to Johor to deliver them. Bella actually ordered the t-shirts many months ago but I could only complete the task on Friday. I used iron-on transfers for the front image and silk-screen printing at the back. I resolved to iron-on because I just couldn’t get the silk-screen right for the front one. Have made 3 attempts and all of them cannot be used.

Getting the t-shirts was very hard too. I tried looking at wholesale shops along Lorong Haji Taib but to no avail: it was either no stocks or no sizes. I finally found nice blank t-shirts at Kamdar and bought them. When I reached home I found out that the S size for the white ones was similar to the M size for the black ones. I had no choice but to go on doing the printing. I Hope Bella and her friends understand my situation.
