From Michelle!

Michelle Anne Dying from Autralia made my name letters in return of the name letters that I made her. I wanted to post this earlier but I lost her e-mail; only to find that it’s in the archive folder!

Thank you Michelle, this is so sweet and lovely! I love it very much! For your information, Michelle is an illustrator and also a part-time primary teacher. Please take a look at her illustrations; they are amazing!

hey you know what? have you ever considered making jewellery? perhaps painted pendants? all you need to do is add a chain? ive seen one or two before.. the one my sister has, is round, has a painting in it (in this case, flowers..but you could so do customized names, cats, patterns) and the top layer of it, is glass/thick see through material. The backing of the pendant well.. i dont remember what material it was.. but whoah, i could so picture you making it big in the jewellery business with your talent in art! hell, you could even paint on beads… and that would be great. i know that etsy has a lot of those jewellery supply shops. Maybe you could nick an idea or two from there =) just a suggestion. i just think painted jewellery is really special. my sister got hers in Melbourne, Australia at the sunday art market. The lady was selling them like hot cakes.. ill try and get it from my sister and email you the photo =) okay bye!

As a matter of fact, yes. I’ve even bought two pack of clays; polymer and silver; they are sitting nicely in a plastic bag under my work table haha! Thanks for the idea, Raising Mercury! Hope you can send me some pictures of the pendants.
