I was commissioned by Malaysia Airlines for their Kids Fly for Free campaign. With the in-kind payment value, I got to bring my family to Frankfurt. It was awesome!

I am so lazy to write. Well, actually I am all out of words. I wrote a 4-page diary on this for Gaya Travel magazine and wouldn’t want to repeat the same thing here. But I will share the watercolor paintings I did for the upcoming article.

Work-in-progress: Proboscis Monkey
Am working on a cover of a magazine. Proboscis Monkey is the official mascot for Visit Malaysia Year 2014.
So what is your holiday plan next year? I plan to visit places I never been in Malaysia that includes Terrapuri Heritage Village in Kuala Terengganu, Lake Pedu in Kedah, Belum Rainforest in Perak and few others. Do let me know if you know any interesting places that you think I should visit.

Gaya Travel 8.5 magazine cover
Here is recent vector icon artwork I did for Gaya Travel magazine for issue 8.5. They gave me a list of places in Malaysia to feature, so I came up with these. Can you name the places or buildings?

Begonia
Begonia from Köln. Not sure of the species as Begonia has about 1,400 different plant species. Perhaps this is Begonia Nonstop. But then again there are hundreds of nonstop species. I wish to go learn to be botanist. Botanist that travel around the world to learn about plant science and illustrate. Never too late!
