Since I haven’t painted dreamy woman for such a long time, I thought I paint this just to add to my collection. I admire Klimt very much, so I added that golden touch.

for sale – see Emila’s Original for price infoThis week’s theme at Illustration Friday is ‘Excess’, so I thought I illustrate a room which has an excessive amount of teddy bears! As a kid, I didn’t have many toys but kids today, especially my son, has excess toys. I’m getting really worried as according to a study, too many playthings can restrict development and may harm children. It is advised that parents avoid electronic toys and buy ones that need imaginative input from the child: Lego, bricks, farm animals, simple dolls and good books.
I am going to do just that.
