    Just for laugh

    Found this on the internet:

Helpdesk: Double click on “My Computer”
User: I can’t see your computer.
Helpdesk: No, double click on “My Computer” on your computer.
    User: Huh?
Helpdesk: There is an icon on your computer labeled “My Computer”. Double click on it.
User: What’s your computer doing on mine?

    Kahkahkahkah!

Who wants to be a millionaire?

Everyday, we get to receive messages from unknown people, offering us millions of dollars. And when we read the messages, it’s clear that there were foul plays and it’s funny how the sender could actually think that we could fall into such trap. Normally, we could smell it at the very first paragraph.

Here are some examples of the messages:

“I am Avery D. Baker jr  a solicitor at law. I was the personal Attorney to Late Boguslaw Krupa ,53 years of age who made a fixed deposit of fund valued at USD$12,500,000 (Twelve Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) with a Finance Company here in Europe and unfortunately lost his life a plane crash”

    “Attn: Please,
We wish to notify you again that you were listed as an Heir to the total sum of Five Million British Pounds in the codicil and testament of our deceased client. Name now withheld since this is our second letter to you. “

    “Good day,
Firstly, let me identify myself without any intention of equivocation, I Mr. Johan Dickson 49years old, Financial Expert worked here in UK top bank, I will be happy if we can do business together in good faith and this proposal will be of mutual benefit for us. I have a transaction deal in the tune of $15,000,000.00 (Fifteen million united state American dollars} to be transferred to any possible safe account with your good assistance. I have every possibility & advantages for the proceeds of this account to be paid to you and then both of us can share equal percentage meaning 60% for me and 40% to you. Can I trust you on this subject matter?”

We know that to gain $1 takes a lot of effort but to gain $1 million? That must be ridiculous, right?

I am just sparking up a conversation here, just for the fun of it, on how would you react if you are the beneficiary of $1 million.

Before investing in bullion, you should learn everything you can about a Gold IRA. You can always contact the professionals from american bullion for assistance if you have any questions.

This is a fun subject to discuss and don’t be shy, do leave me your thoughts in the comment box. As for me, if I have $1 Million, below is what I would do:

    Sarcastic reaction

UPDATE 2: The girl, CM, has apologised nicely to me already. That’s more like it. Thanks girl.

    – – – – – – – – – oOXOo – – – – – – – – – –

This is what the person who TOOK my image has to say in her chatbox:

done! blablablah.sorylah yer kak.next time disable right click utk image2 tuh.thx

That is one sarcastic and insincere apology.

She is asking me to disable the right click. I can do that but I have images that I offer as desktop wallpaper and what not and I simply cannot and do not want to disable the right click. I have words to keep. And that is why I have my copyright statement and terms of use in my blog.

Update 1: the header has been taken off from her blog.

Today, a little bird told me that someone has breached the ‘You cannot‘ term #2. I am not being rude but I need to highlight this matter as doing illustrations is my BREAD AND BUTTER and people pay me for what I am doing. Using it for the purpose that I mentioned under the ‘You cannot‘ is not allowed. But of course the the financial issue is less important than the integrity of the work, the attribution and that kind of stuff.

Please, I am begging you to read my blog thoroughly, pages to pages, before using my illustrations. Peek also at my sidebar for the copyright terms. And if you click on the creative commons’ link you’ll get this:

    You are free:

    • to Share — to copy, distribute and transmit the work

    Under the following conditions:

    • Attribution — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).
    • Noncommercial — You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
    • No Derivative Works — You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work.

    With the understanding that:

    • Waiver — Any of the above conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.
    • Public Domain — Where the work or any of its elements is in the public domain under applicable law, that status is in no way affected by the license.
    • Other Rights — In no way are any of the following rights affected by the license:
      • Your fair dealing or fair use rights, or other applicable copyright exceptions and limitations;

Pray for the safety of my friend

Although there are warnings about high risk of terrorism in Pakistan, a friend of mine, Syed Hadi, the Iamalaysian solo rider, has to ride through Pakistan in order to complete his journey to London. Alternatively, he can opt to ride through countries like Afghanistan and Tajikistan but situations are even worst there.

Currently, he is in Zhob, somewhere between Dera Ismail Khan to Quetta. Previously, he had been escorted by police from one station to another from Islamabad to Dera Ismail Khan due to safety factor. This will continue until he reaches Taftan, the bordering town of Pakistan-Iran. He had been spending his nights away in all police stations along the way for straight three days (and will be spending few days more) as staying in a hotel is really not an option. This is due to the fact that terrorists are targeting foreigners, NGOs missions, diplomatic missions, international hotels, religious sites and places of worship, shopping centers or shopping areas, banks, or educational facilities including universities, international schools and school buses.

As a person responsible in updating his blog, I received a message from him (his BB to my e-mail) stating that he had to secretly use his phone to convey his whereabout. A press statement had been released and can be read in Harian Metro or his blog pertaining to this incident. He will be escorted from police station to another until Taftan.

I assume that he should be in one of the small towns heading towards Quetta. You can view his route journey at Iamalaysian.com.

Let’s pray for his safety getting out of Pakistan.
