    Moleskine Watercolor Sketches in YouTube

Finally made this last night despite some pages still left to draw. I cannot finish it just yet due to workloads.

Oh yes, I did tons of work last night; completed final amendments of My Mother’s Garden, completed first 5 flower illustrations for my publisher who wants it as notebook covers, completed a file conversion from pagemaker to pdf for a translation company, completed few online jobs and this video. I slept at 4am. I have been up since 3am the previous day, so it’s a record for me to stay up 24 hours straight!

Enjoy the simple compilation I made using Windows Movie Maker. Converted the WMV format to Mpg using Nero. Appreciate it if you can rate my video or even leave me a comment too in YouTube!

  • ABOUT ME

    Messy is as messy does

    My head is as messy!

Currently busy drawing flowers and no time to clean my tiny work area! I am re-doing all the flowers drawings as I don’t really like the previous ones (so far did 12 of them). They were missing an important part of me; my own signature character and style.

Done 4 so far and I like them very much. A long way to reach 50 but I am trying very hard! Hopefully to complete all by March 17, a day before I depart for Bologna Children’s Book Fair, Italy. These drawings will go places! Yippee! Hopefully my publisher will get a good licensing deal out of these!

A very heartful thanks to my publisher, Linda Tan Lingard, for sponsoring my trip to Bologna. I can’t wait to meet children book’s illustrators around the world and to visit Rome, Venice, Florence and to draw in my moleskine! And to take pictures! And to try to blog from there!
