I seem to be wandering far off my intended purpose of blogging which is to blog about my illustrations. Instead of being just in the Art category, I fell into the mixed bag. I wish to always stay true to my purpose for blogging but I feel the need to also blog about other things, write reviews, do tags or meme, offers giveaways, etc
Anyway, here’s another illo for the children’s book project I’m working on.
I want to take a month leave from work after I finish all illustrations and layout for the book. I want to go for a mini trip somewhere, read some books and draw in my moleskine. Maybe do some rough sketching for my illustrations submission for Bologna’s Illustrators Exhibition as well as Noma Concours Japan.
But then again, I got approached today for another book illustrations project through facebook. I also promised Linda, the publisher that I’m working for this children’s book project, to illustrate for her young readers book series.
Oh well, There goes my one month leave. I have to take my own raincheck and postponed it next year. I needed the money to go to Bologna next year so I must work hard this year. Yes, I will make it to Bologna next year. Linda said I can consider it confirmed! Yeeeehaaa! My flight and accommodation will be fully sponsored by Linda and a trade promotion agency.
Talk about reviews, I just got an assignment about sexy maid. Lol! What do I write about sexy maid?
