…photography works.

These are amongst hundreds of shots that my husband and I captured for a book cover project that I’m working on with Helmy for ITNM. I’ve submitted an illustrated book cover but it was so simple that it didn’t went through.

I chose two best photos (not the ones above) and with minor editing, I’ve made them as main pictures of the book cover and submitted to Helmy. Helmy loves them! I’m so glad! But the final say must come from Bapak (and of course ITNM). Will post it in here once I get clearance from Helmy whether I can blog about it or not.

Ok, the main man behind the photos is my husband. These are mainly my husbands work, though he instructed and taught me on how to set the camera and what not (I pressed the remote too hehehe).  He is the one who made the drops (out of a plastic bag!) and handled the lighting. He is brilliant! I am so lucky to have him! He saved my day. No, he saved my life!

p/s The studio is in our kitchen!
