Wise – Illustration Friday *
Wise Owl | Digital vector using Calligraphy brushI have been missing Illo Friday‘s challenge for 3 weeks already! I am taking up the challenge for last week (this week’s one will be up tomorrow). The challenge is to illustrate ‘Wise’. This illustration is based on my Owl ATC that is safe in the arms on Zarifi‘s mother in Lebanon.
Remember the wise old owl nursery rhyme/poem?
A wise old owl lived in an oak
The more he saw the less he spoke
The less he spoke the more he heard.

An editorial illo…*
…that never made it! ;P
It’s a long story and I don’t really wanna think about it. Let’s just say that I am not a good editorial illustrator. Anyway, it was not this one, it was other illos before this one. This one was meant for next month but since I failed with the previous illos, I withdrew myself from illustrating all.
