Bad migraine
Hello everybody!
Am so sorry for not being able to blog for the past few days. Been having a very bad headache and finally went to a clinic 2 days ago. The doctor diagnosed me having a migraine. Told me to take a rest from staring at the monitor. He said my BP is normal but I have yet to check my cholesterol level tomorrow at the hospital. I’ve been on medication for two days already and the migraine is subsiding. Hopefully, I will be able to blog again soon.

All rendang-rendangan + kuah kacang + lemang memang mantap dan enak tapi plus kurang tidur can cause migraine..so perlu rehat and drink a lot of plain water to clean the body.

Good to hear you’re feeling better. With migraine there seems to be no cure but could only take pain killer. As I have migraine as well. Migraine do cause by different ways… you must first find out what causes your migraine then it is easy to control it from happening again.
Mine is I can’t get too hungry, when I do my stomach will had gas. With this gas the next day I sure to have migraine. At times it is so bad that I eventually hit my head against the wall and even make one side of my eyes tear and vomit. So you better take care. 🙂

wow, Ken. I didnt know getting too hungry could cause migraine. I hv migraine too! i’m not sure what’s my cause. At first, i thought it was my contact lens, but then it wasn’t. My worse migraine was having white spot view and vomiting. Oh my! it was really terrible! :/

TH, i had high cholesterol 2 yeras back. Then my future in laws boiled apple water for me to drink weekly. It works to bring down my cholesterol.
I haven’t bee to check my cholesterol for a long time already, am not sure what;s the reading now! ><

it’s pretty serious, when you got migraine. you don’t know how it feels like. Worst wen it’s @ night when light flashes your eyes and the pain is undescribable. The only thing is take medicine and sleep it away.

there are many different ways. some actually press the 4th finger at the middle part. press hard both left and right hand. after doing so you’ll actually burp or fart…that is to actually release the unwanted gas..LOL believe it or not it do work for some people.

If wanna slim down. can always..eat less but more meals…that’s what i do. and within 2 weeks 2kg off. Eat moderately den can have more meals. don’t take anything with carbs. I only eat whole meal bread and vege n meat no rice, no noodle, no mee if possible. Hope it helps 🙂
