My brother, Azrai and his fiance, Siti Aisyah are legally deemed husband and wife after the akad nikah (wedding contract) ceremony. The solemnisation is presided by a Muslim religious officer in front of few witnesses. The dowry is RM80 cash. The ceremony took place in Pantai Dalam Mosque, Kuala Lumpur. Over 50 friends and relatives were present.The wedding reception on the bride’s side will be held on the 29th April while on the groom’s side, the 5th of May. Will post photos of the reception soon!
